If you are looking for some great people to follow on Twitter, I can recommend nothing no one more than my friends whom I love to follow. Here they are!
[These are in not in a particular order, just in the order that they came to mind. I am going to miss some of you, and I apologize in advance.]
- @HeyAmaretto – A simply wonderful human, hailing from Massachusetts, she is always filled with a love of life.
- @Schammy - Lead developer for GetClicky.com, damn smart and even releases the occasional wine influenced tweet.
- @MayaREguru - A realtor from Delaware, is my third partner in crime with @HeyAmaretto.
- @ChazDrums - A professional drummer from Jersey, his militant atheism and love of guinness make him plenty of fun.
- @HoldenPage - A blogging friend of mine from some up north. He writes well on tech trends.
- @SeanPower – A Canadian O’Reilly author that is filled with computing knowledge.
- @Charlie - Blogger at DailyHack.net he is more than happy to retweet anything you say of pithy importance.
- @1cutechicwitfm - She loves popcorn and lives in the Bay Area.
- @CenterNetworks - Allen Stern from CenterNetworks.com, one of my favorite bloggers on the internet.
- @sbspalding - Writer at HowToSplitAnAtom.com, brilliant man who is working on something brand new.
- @PhilipTeeter - Snowboarding entrepreneur, what could be better?
- @Pepstein - Co-Founder of the web war, econ student at UCSB.
- @RonData - Works at MySpace, if you flame her company, watch out!
- @ElizabethOnline - An educational consultant, brilliant mind.
- @MichaelKlurfeld- Old school friend and budding blogger.
- @TriumphCIO - Chicago based CIO.
- @Acasalena - Lead dev and founder of Squarespace.com
- @DrewHood - My favorite gay atheist 18 year old semi-hippie on Twitter.
- @Dbounds - Cofounder of Cliqset.com, my partner in crime for bigasstweet.com
- @ChaCha102 - Blogger from Cali, great guy, no one knows his real name however.
- @Highpointe – A new, great friend of mine from Utah.
- @jkhewitt – Blogger at Spartstoob.com, often yelling at me on Skype.
- @AllieGirl428 – My brothers girlfriend, someone who I truly adore.
- @AJAG – British friend of mine! Great tech mind, and a person I would recommend meeting while he is still in Chicago for the next week or so.
- @AppleUzer – Mike D from Chicago, cofounder of ForgottenChicago.com, and my possible future podcast cohost.
- @jonconnelly - Haling from New York, he is member of the #hashtagmafia. Be careful.
- @OPCGal – Karen loves Douglas Adams, and can help you figure out LinkedIn. I owe her an email.
- @JOsmond – Chicago entrepreneur, brilliant mind.
- @JamesBright – My dose of sanity and kindness. Often asks if I am intoxicated and on Twitter. The man keeps it real.
- @Tatango – Founder and corporate account of Tatango. Great guy.
- @LarzShinobi – Friend in the Land Down Under. Codes for GoodBarry.com
- @Dmonzel – Plays heavy heavy guitar, and is a dedicated windows user!
- @Androidster – Asks good questions, and then tells you why your answer is horseshit. Perfect!
- @VijayV – Vedic treehugger twitter machine.
- @Ben_Parr – Mashable writer and Chicago tech leader.
- @TammyLafontaine – She is hatin’ on Quebec, which is weird, maybe she hates food!
- @ElginThompson – We share two passions, Notorious BIG and tech.
- @Ricky_MJ – Enjoys sports AND tech. Making him of rare bread!

- @BelinDaang – She is from Singapore, when she logs on I know it’s time to call it a day! Also, self proclaimed NOT guru. One of a kind in that respect.
- @RussellyBlood - This man understand that guitars should have distortion. From Marshall, of course.
- @MikeWat – Past the wild goatee, his combo of weight lifting and tech set him aside from the rest.
- @TechTailor – Tech radio man, just getting into Twitter.
- @Olivier_amar – Analytics specialist from Israel, knows his way around the interwebs.
- @ChristianGAdams – Points for being a developer, and actually having an accurate avatar. One of my favorites for conversation.
- @GauravSaha – The man is retweeting god.
- @CaraCouture – Great person, but a Buckeyes fan, I mean, c’mon.
- @MeanBot – Insults me daily, keeps the ego in check.
- @WebbingPlanner – The kid in her avatar is so cute I want to volunteer babysit. Smart and responsive, a great follow.

- @Mopedronin – My INSANE friend expat friend in Japan. Irreverency is his other name.

- @GGW_Bach – For a dead compose, he sure gets technology.
- @JustinMWhitaker – Claims to be a freelance geek, but his image is out at sea, so perhaps is a fisherman in disguise.
- @ShaggyLive – DJ in Hawaii, great name, how can you say no?
- @Adrianna – Not sure what she does, but she always makes me smile with her tweets.
- @MortonFox – Software engineer that haunts both Twitter and FriendFeed.
- @DJSlimee – Glass blowing mac-head. Also, damn conversational. Also, writes a pretty good blog!
- @Zmarker – Boss from my intern days. Podcast host.
- @Asio – The fake Aussie security team. Hilarious.
- @Skekoa – Another Hawaiian, he wears wife beaters and flexes menacingly.
- @Greggtilston – A canadian F1 entusiast who I enjoy bantering with, has a great Twitter bgnd as well.
- @Unlikelywords – The Twitter account of the author of the great blog Unlikelywords.com.
- @MrChristopherL – Runs a full (Traditonal and New) media/PR firm.
- @TheLostAgency – These guys get web analytics.
- @TalktoDiane – Another realtor that I love to follow, realtor’s really are the most fun.
- @UnknownFilms – Filmaker and producer, and a very chill friend.
- @BrianMoran – Happily opinonated, especially when I am wrong.
- @CurtisDickie – Another old friend, we do Taco Bell whenever I am on the West coast.
- @PeyMojo – San Fran Techy, who “does not want to join your startup!”
- @TechWraith – Well rounded dev (can do Ruby!) from PDX, my favorite city.
- @TheDweller511 – The husband of @mayaREguru, we need to get him on TweetDeck.
- @Trisler – A “no bull” salesman.
- @Corvillus – The beard is all I need to point out.
- @AdrianEden – Online video guy from Canada.
- @JimLavin – Podcaster with a ghetto blaster.
- @Jimoz – Aussie Techy who writes a blog that I read weekly.
- @Dauthiwarlord – From Mexico, so if you need someone to talk Spanish with at 3 am…
- @RyanCMiller – Serious web guy, just look at that image.
